Creative Designsz Ltd Terms and Conditions
Interpretation
1. In these Conditions
“COMPANY” means Creative Designsz Ltd T/A Creative Events and Production
“CUSTOMER” means the person who accepts a quotation of the company or who’s order is accepted by the seller
“CONDITIONS” means the standard terms and conditions set out in this document
“SPECIFIED SERVICE” means the service to be provided by the company to the customer
The headings in these conditions are for convenience and shall not affect their interpretation
A Contract shall be deemed to be made between the company and the customer when the customer has confirmed its order in writing and the company has accepted the order.
Booking
The availability of goods to any given customer cannot be guaranteed by Creative Designsz Ltd until a booking is confirmed.
Booking is confirmed by signed acceptance of Creative Designsz Ltd terms and conditions Cleared payment of the agreed order is also acceptance of Creative Designsz Limited terms and conditions
Creative Designsz Ltd do not offer credit terms on any bookings
Creative Designsz Ltd can take no responsibility for the change of availability of the goods during the time before any cleared payment.
Creative Designsz Ltd reserves the right to cancel unpaid contracts at any point.
Creative Designsz Ltd reserves the right to decline acceptance of any payment method(s) at its own discretion. These include but are not limited to: cash on collection or late requests to pay by cheque or invoice/purchase order after the hire.
Quotes are valid for no more than 14 days. They may be withdrawn at any time. Only written quotes from a Creative Designsz Ltd representative may be honoured; telephone and other quotes and prices for services may be dismissed Creative Designsz Ltd discretion.
Full payment is due before delivery, unless credit terms have been agreed by an authorised Creative Designsz Ltd representative.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all relevant details of the order including, but not limited to, any requirements of the venue for delivery and collection are relayed to Creative Designsz Ltd at the point of booking. Any additional goods or services added later on may incur additional charges and are subject to availability.
All bookings require a refundable deposit to be held by Creative Designsz Ltd against damages, loss and cancellation unless otherwise agreed by Creative Designsz Ltd reserves the right to retain part or all of the deposit paid to cover loss, damage or cancellation
If the customer fails to make any payments on the due dates then without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to the company, the company shall be entitled to cancel the contract or suspend any further deliveries to the customer and appropriate and payment made by the customer under the contract as the company thinks fit and charge the customer interest (both before and after any judgement) on the amount unpaid at the rate of 4% per cent per annum above Santander base rate from time to time, until payment in full is made ( a part of month being treated as a full month for the purpose of calculating interest.)
Cancellation
1. In the specified service of the customers wishing to alter or cancel the booking any such alteration or cancellation must be confirmed in writing to the company. On receipt of such cancellation or alteration instructions, the following scale of cancellation and alteration charges will be applied.
- 75% – Up to 12 weeks before the first day of the booked specified service
- 95%- 4-8 weeks before the first day of the booked specified service
- 100% – Less than 4 weeks before the first day of the booked specified service
2. Cancellation and amendment charges are not penalties but a genuine pre-estimate of the damage that would be caused to the company.
3. The company shall not be liable to any loss, damage or expense caused by cancellation of the specified service because of strike, civil commotion, national disaster, power mains failure or other force majeure and in no circumstances shall the company be liable for any consequential loss or damage, in any specified service the company’s liability shall be limited to the price of the specified service
4. 4. “If the agreement cannot be performed due to force majeure, the responsibility of both parties shall be exempted”
5. Creative Designsz Ltd reserves the right to cancel at any time. (This would only occur in extreme circumstances, is a very rare occurrence and something Creative Designsz Ltd will do its best to avoid).
During Hire
1. When a Creative Designsz Ltd representative delivers the goods to the agreed site / address, and until a Creative Designsz Ltd representative collects them, the goods are the sole responsibility of the customer.
2. Goods should be stored in the correct way to avoid damage; it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they know how. The information can be provided upon request.
3. Goods should be stored in secure, dry conditions. Negligence can result in loss and damage for which relevant charges defined by Creative Designsz Ltd may apply.
4. Goods should be returned in clean, dry condition or relevant charges for replacement or repair may apply.
5. Creative Designsz Ltd reserves the right to not leave goods with the customer, if on delivery it is apparent the goods will not be kept safely or securely.
6. Late returns of goods will incur full relevant hire fees, plus any costs incurred due to subsequence interference with any other orders
Damage/Loss
1. There are charges for any goods hired from Creative Designsz Ltd that are damaged or lost, the costs of which are available on request.
2. Loss also includes, but is not limited to, loss of staff time through labour, waiting, cleaning etc., inconvenience to other customers as a result of the customer’s failure to comply with the terms and conditions and agreed hire start end times and other relevant details.
Refunds
1. Refunds are usually issued by the same means the funds are taken.
2. Creative Designsz Ltd aims to process all refunds within 10 working days of the end of hire, though Creative Designsz Ltd cannot guarantee the time it takes to receive the money due to processing times at banks etc.
3. The customer should contact Creative Designsz Ltd if they have not received payment within 14 days of hire end, to ensure that the refund has been processed.
4. These rules apply to any other refund.
5. Creative Designsz Ltd will not refund any more than the value of a particular item if either proven to be faulty or not received. Creative Designsz Ltd does not take responsibility for any additional costs or loss of earnings incurred to a customer.
6. Please note refunds on international payments may incur fees which will be deducted from the final amount.
Delivery & Collection
1. All ordered items will be delivered to the exhibition stand between 8.00 and 9.00pm on Thursday 17th July 2025. We cannot guarantee specific timings for any stands.
2. All items will be collected from the exhibition stands on from 4.30pm on Sunday 21st July 2025.
3. All catering goods such as crockery, cutlery, service ware and glassware are to be returned unsoiled. This means no large chunks of food or large amounts of liquid/sauce left on the items upon return. It is strongly advised to do a quick rinse before return or additional cleaning charges may apply.
4. Creative Designsz Ltd takes no responsibility for the measurements and specifications of each stand. Nor can Creative Designsz Ltd make any guarantees that all or some of Creative Designsz Ltd goods will meet the specifications of a required area. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the stock hired from Creative Designsz Ltd will fit in the required area. Creative Designsz Ltd stock measurements are available upon request.
5. The customer is responsible to ensure all items hired are packed away and left in the stand for collection. A packing list will be sent to you to ensure no items are missing on collection.
6. Where any items that are returned in a condition that can no longer be cleaned or repaired to the condition in which Creative Designsz Ltd delivered in, full replacements costs may be charged.
7. Creative Designsz Ltd do not take responsibility for the organisation of mains power sockets for any items ordered.
Creative Designsz Ltd Equipment & Services
1. Our hourly chargeable rate per member of staff is charged at up to £30 + VAT. This charge may apply to any instance in which waiting time or additional labour costs are incurred.
2. The hired goods and equipment remain property of Creative Designsz Ltd at all times. All Creative Designsz Ltd property may not be held as collateral to any debts whether it be a customer’s, Creative Designsz Ltd or third-party debt.
3. Stock images on Creative Designsz Ltd website(s) are regularly kept up to date with pictures of Creative Designsz Ltd actual holding stock. However, stock items may slightly differ from the images shown on the website or presentations.
4. Every effort will be made to meet an order’s specifications, however in the event that an item is unavailable Creative Designsz Ltd reserves the right to substitute the item(s) with a similar item to the nearest specifications.
5. Customers are solely responsible for the condition and safety of the hired goods from the moment they are signed for upon delivery, to the moment they are returned or collected and signed for
6. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they are aware of each item’s special requirements such as any health and safety requirements or the accepted state of return, information can be provide upon request.

Although Creative Designsz Ltd are more than happy to help guide you in planning your event, Creative Designsz Ltd takes no responsibility for the measurements and specifications of a venue. Nor can Creative Designsz Ltd make any guarantees that all or some of Creative Designsz Ltd goods will meet the specifications of a required area. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the stock hired from Creative Designsz Ltd will fit in the required area. Creative Designsz Ltd stock measurements are available upon request. The customer is responsible to ensure all goods are to be returned in a clean and dry condition. Items such as linen or seat pads can easily be damaged by mildew, burns and candle wax. Any items that are returned in a condition that can no longer be cleaned or repaired to the condition in which Creative Designsz Ltd delivered in, full replacements costs may be charged.
8. During a “set-up” customers are advised to stick to the agreed plan. A “set-up” is a service that is only to be done once per ordered time. If the customer is not happy with the plan upon completion, depending on other commitments Creative Designsz Ltd may refuse to spend additional time on site amending the “set-up”. Creative Designsz Ltd D may also charge for any additional labour time spent on site if the plan changes or Creative Designsz Ltd obstructed from setting up.
Liability
Except in respect of death or personal injury caused by the company’s negligence, the company shall not be liable to the customer by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or implied warranty, condition or other term, or any duty at common law, or under express term of the contract, for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage, cost, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by the negligence of the company, its employers or agents otherwise) which arise out of or in connection with the supply of services and the entire liability of the company under or in connection with the contact shall not exceed the price of the services except as expressly provided in these conditions.
Any person not employed directly by the company shall not hold the company liable for any omission.
The Company has no control over the specified service and cannot accept any liability for the actions or omissions of the organisers or operators of the specified service or their servants, agents or employees. The company has no responsibility for any property of personal effects at the specified service.
The company will not be liable for any delay in erecting/dismantling Equipment which is caused or exacerbated, whether directly or indirectly by any strike, lockout, labour disturbance, Government action, civil commotion, unrest, riot, armed conflict, fire, flood drought, failure of power supply, unavailability or breakdown of normal means of transport, adverse weather, act of God or any other matter beyond reasonable control. The company will not be liable for any loss or damage to the site, its contents and Equipment, where this is caused by factors out of their reasonable control. This would include, but is not limited to, negligent or malicious acts of third parties, inclement weather conditions, traffic delays to include and not limited to motor accidents causing severe delays etc.
Applicable Law/V.A.T.
Unless otherwise agreed these conditions and the contract shall be subject to and construed in accordance with English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. It is Herby deemed that all contracts have been made in the jurisdiction of the central London County Court. All sums mentioned in the booking form and the terms and conditions are exclusive of any value added tax that may be payable
Contracted Items
Once specified services are contracted and agreed, cancellations will not be allowed under any circumstances. If the client does not accept delivery or collection the company will charge the customer for the goods as if they had been delivered or collected. When the customer orders goods of materials of a type, size or quality not normally available, the company will use all reasonable endeavours to execute the contracted items. If it proves impassable, impractical or uneconomical to carry out or complete the contracted the company reserves the right to cancel the contract or the uncompleted balance thereof. The client will under these circumstances be liable to pay for the part thereof actually delivered or collected.
Complaints
Any complaints or faults must be notified in writing to the company within 7 days of the specified service otherwise the company will not accept responsibility
Provision of Company Property
The ownership of any property supplied by the company to the customer for a specified service will remain with the company. The customer acknowledges and accepts that the company will supply property for the specified service strictly on hire for the period agreed and that any delay in the return of the property will result in an additional charge which will be included on customer’s final invoice.
Damage to company property
The Customer must notify the company of any damage to the company’s property within 7 days
The Customer shall pay to the company the full replacement cost of any property damaged or cost
If any provision of these conditions is held by any competent authority to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part the validity of the other provisions of these conditions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
